Our offices are located at 554 and 556 Palmerston Avenue.
Your Reminder emails will indicate which address they are located in on a given day.
556 Palmerston (#1): Please use the rightmost door (the one opening directly onto our small waiting room, where you should see a large teal chair and our tea station). Should the door be locked, please use the doorbell labelled with your clinician's name.
554 Palmerston (#2): Use the second door from the left of the building. If you peak in, you should see some chairs and a stairway.
We are located near the Bathurst subway station. There is a Green P parking lot across the street and street parking on Palmerston.
